Welcome to our Fitness Family

As a family-run gym, originating from an overcrowded garage, here at New U Functional Fitness we pride ourselves on being a friendly community of like-minded people that want to have fun and get fit! 

We provide a space for you to workout at anytime of the day or night, and we are on hand to give any advice or support whenever you need it.

We offer a members' WhatsApp group and private Facebook group to keep you motivated and keep you abreast of any news/changes. You can also link fitness trackers to this website, plus Strava and Myzone. By joining our Members' Area you will have access to: forum, challenges, blog posts, recipes, on demand service and much, much more

Small Group Personal Training

New U FF owner, Keri, is a Level 4 Advanced Personal Trainer. She is an expert in exercise for menopausal women, and also holds certificates in Programming Exercise for Pre- and Post-Natal Women, Instructing Weightlifting, and Nutritional Therapy.

She provides a comprehensive lifestyle change programme, including nutritional deficiencies assessment, full meal plans (if required), composite body measurements, and ongoing support, including private Facebook and WhatsApp groups for clients, weekly-in depth check-ins and 8-weekly intensive reviews to ensure you're on the right track.

Choose from 1, 2, or 3 sessions per week (groups of 3-6), with all the above included.




Also available: Hero Programme. A comprehensive 10 week one-to-one programme, looking at movement development, nutrition, lifestyle, and behavioural changes. Pop us a message to enquire.
