Home workouts!

Hi all! Welcome to our new website! Each day we will post a workout in here, the blog. Until 12th April, this will be a Home Workout. After 12th April, we will start posting the daily programme that we will continue to follow in classes from 17th May. If you come to Open Gym from 12th April, please consider doing these brilliantly programmed workouts. Let us know how you get on! Thursday 11th March Home Workout: We're actually starting off with a rest day, as Thursdays and Sundays are rest days. Keep moving though - why not get out for a walk? :-)
