Warm-up

2 mins on any piece of cardio equipment or walking. Think 40-50% effort. The goal is simply to increase body temperature and heart rate a little. 2 rounds: 10 push-ups 10 Single leg V- ups Strength 3 rounds: X10 skull crusher X10 hammer curls Core 3 Rounds: Max effort plank hold 1 mins rest in between "The Chief" Five 3-minute AMRAPs: - 3 Power Cleans 60/40kg (55+ 50/35kg) - 6 Push-Ups - 9 Air Squats - Then Rest 1 minute Repeat 5 times Use DBs or KBs if you don't have a barbell
