Now that coached workouts are back on in the gym, we won't be posting the daily workout on here (for now anyway). We would like to encourage people to come to a class and do it together! The WOD will be written on the board in the gym for the 9:30am class and 6:30pm class and can be done by anyone in Open Gym too :-)
