Grab a friend, or a group of friends, and join a Strength and Conditioning Grouped Coached Session!

£3 for members (ask us for a code), and just £5 for non-members.

We will train your muscles to work together using lifting, squatting, pulling and pushing movements. We will improve your balance, coordination and flexibility. We will strengthen your heart and lungs. We will help you get that body you dreamed of! And we will improve your mental health. You have nothing to lose! (Except body fat!)

Functional Fitness is suitable for EVERYONE! Too many times we have heard people say they are 'not fit enough' to start. Well, we all had to start somehwhere! We don't aim to make an elite athlete out of everybody (unless you want to go that way). We just aim to make everyone fitter, healthier and stronger. And our Coached Group Sessions are perfect for that.

With these classes, we work with you at the right level to suit you. If you have never exercised before in your life, we will start you from the very beginning. We won't push anyone past their own limits, and we want you to go away smiling - so we aim to make sure you do! :-)

Please note: Minimum of 3 people required to run the session. If less than 3 people are booked on at 4pm on the day of the session, it will be cancelled and any spent credits will be returned immediately.
